Pokemon Giveaway VII - Build & Promote a Good Branding Image by Giving Free Gifts To The Kids
The organizers are a nationwide initiative fueled by generous donors, dedicated to bringing happiness to children and the opportunity to forge lasting friendships for all.
THE CHALLENGE
The content of past events was somewhat monotonous. Although the number of attendees was considerable, the process was lengthy and lacked efficiency. There was also room for improvement in promotional efforts. Additionally, since the event was non-profit, there was concern that increasing promotional efforts and recruiting partners might impact the event due to operational cost pressures.
THE SOLUTION
This event successfully attracted over 800 attendees in a 3-hour period.
Through the CO-Networking Partnership, we invited a Claw Machine franchise, which added more fun to the event and simultaneously achieved mutual promotional benefits for free.
Before the event, EXISS, through Digital Solution intervention, designed digital posters and posts, which were published on various social media platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, successfully achieving over 800 clicks.
During the event, EXISS also designed and printed posters to promote the businesses of various stakeholders present that day.
