Cantopian Halloween Event I - Adventure of Little Pigs
An organization that offers Cantonese workshops for children in Toronto aims to enhance self-esteem, communication skills, and social development among kids through the game and activity-based courses. It also focuses on improving concentration and nurturing harmonious parent-child relationships.
THE CHALLENGE
In the early stages of operation, the organization faced insufficient market exposure, staffing shortages, and high costs for concert promotion. Venue availability was also a significant limitation for hosting events.
THE SOLUTION
With EXISS's intervention, Cantopian found an affordable venue, and the partnership also shared the burden of venue costs. The event was themed around storytelling, and digital posters were designed and published on Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook for promotion. After the event, Cantopian not only received positive reviews but also managed to keep costs affordable due to the partnership. The process also helped promote small craft instructors, whose participation further enriched the event experience.
